Court Information

Victims have the right to attend court hearings but are not required to unless they are subpoenaed. If you wish to attend court hearings, please contact your assigned Victim Witness Specialist. They can support you, explain the court proceeding, and let the District Attorney know you are present.

The State of Colorado provides three options for attending court: in-person appearance, virtually through the WebEx platform, or livestreamed online. You can find the courtroom assignment or when the case is on the docket by searching the court docket here: https://www.coloradojudicial.gov/dockets

WebEx

The virtual, WebEx option will let the court know you are present and appearing online. You can speak and participate just like you would if you came in person. You must put your full name in the WebEx link to be admitted into the virtual courtroom.

Livestream

Colorado Courts also provide a livestream option. This option is anonymous, so no one will know you are watching, and you will not be able to speak. Livestreaming court proceedings is up to the discretion of a judge.
For access to the WebEx Courtrooms or the livestream option, please follow the links below based on the county in which the proceeding will take place.
